Best Hangover Food In South Dublin

We all know that food can be a dodgy treat when you're hanging. After a big night out we either want to sleep away the day, or eat away our feelings. We know your pain, so we've put together a list of the best hang over spots in Dublin that are sure to cure that throbber.

1)  News Café Blackrock

One of the best options for a roll/sambo brunch. News Café, though shy on seating, offers amazing handmade rolls with fresh bread and delicious pattie sausages and pigs in a blanket. The owners are amazing and often vito a cup of coffee or tea off your bill.

Must Try:  Big Club

Watch Out: Closes at 2 on Sundays and known to be a favorite hang out for the Garda from the nearby station.

2)Howard’s Way

Offers a great patio with heaters if you fancy a cig with your morning coffee. Has everything from big breakfast with black/ white pud and hash browns to Cajun chicken ciabatta.

3) Lennox Café Bistro

Aimed to fill the gap by providing local hipsters, business people and families with the ideal venue to spend their lunch. Standard breakfast foods with a posh twist.

4) Browns

Great location for American style breakfast options. This neat little spot offers a small but delicious menu. Wonderful Quiche that always seems to see out and a cute décor that features local artists work.

Watch out: service can be a bit slow so be prepared to wait

5) Juniors

Juniors is a New York style Deli, serving generous sandwiches, salads, soups and specials by day, and an Italian influenced Cafe by night.

Must Try: Chicken Sambo

Watch out: Hard to get a place to sit, this café is very popular with morning after hangers

6) The Bakehouse

The Bakehouse is a Bakery and Eatery in the heart of Dublin city, located beside the ha'penny bridge. They offer great traditional Irish baked goods and foods. Everything is freshly & lovingly prepared in house every day.

Must Try: Doorstep Sambos

Watch out: Limited Sunday brunch menu
