Ending up in the sing-off during the X Factor live show is bad enough – but when your own mentor forgets your name, well, that's just rock bottom.
And that's exactly what happened to Saara tonight, as she prepared to take to the stage to do battle against Freddy for her place in the show.
Announcing her act, Sharon froze – before turning to Louis, and pleading desperately for a prompt.

Thankfully the night picked up from there, and Saara kept her place in the competition after a split vote from the judges ensured deadlock.
Small mercies, eh?
