The actor Daniel Doyle, who appeared in the fifth season of hit series Love/Hate, passed away today according to reports.
Independent.ie report that Doyle had been on life support since being found unresponsive in his cell in Mountjoy Prison and that he died earlier today.
He had been in Mountjoy Prison after being handed a two year sentence in February after he was arrested in possession of hundreds of ecstasy tablets.

He was initially arrested in his home by Gardaí shortly after filming his role on the RTÉ TV show and he plead guilty to the charges of possessing drugs with the intention for their sale or supply on November 12, 2014.
