The reality of the situation over the coronavirus really hit home this morning after Leo Varadkar announced that all Irish schools and universities will be closed until March 29.
The Taoiseach this morning made a speech from Washington announcing drastic measures to curb the spread of coronavirus that include the closure of all Irish schools and universities until March 29.

Trinity College had already announced that lectures would be held out of classrooms until the end of the semester.
