Temperatures This Weekend Set To Sizzle At Up To 25C

Finally. It's the news we've all been waiting for - temperatures this weekend are set to soar. It's safe to say June hasn't been the best month on the weather front, with almost wintery conditions over the past few weeks.

It's all about to change this weekend, however, with some delish weather on the way. You can finally get out those sandals you've been dying to wear, as temperatures are set to get as high as 25C in some parts. It's all kicking off today with highs of 17C to 23C, with "sunny spells developing".

According to Met Eireann, tomorrow will "be dry with good sunshine in most parts" and temperatures will be from 20 to 25C. On Sunday, there will be "sunny spells" with the midlands, east and south seeing the best of it. Again, temperatures will see a high of 20 to 25C.

We reckon ice-cream men around the country are going to be swamped.
