Grad Student Demands Free Kit Kats For Life After Finding Hers Were Waferless

Graduate student, Saima Ahmad, has gone viral today for demanding a free supply of kit kats for life. Why does she feel that she warrants free chocolate for the foreseeable future? Well Saima bought an 8-pack of kit kats and found that they were missing the wafer filling.

In a letter penned to Nestle, Saima said "The truth of the matter is; manufacturers owe a duty of care to consumers. The specific duty you owe in consistency in your manufacturing process. The failure to take due care in the manufacturing process resulted in a product being defective."

“The loss I have suffered is of monetary and emotional significance,” she says. Not only would she like “a full refund of the defective pack,” Ahmad also says she  “wouldn’t rule out taking this further” if Nestle does not apologize or compensate her “adequately.”

“Nestle has a huge following and I don’t think these mistakes are acceptable,” she says. “I’m trying my luck, if you don’t ask you don’t get.”

Well more power to you girl, even if this seems beyond ridiculous. But hey, who wouldn't try and get a lifetime supply for free chocolate?
