3 TV Shows Every Witch Should Watch This October

While Halloween is a time for mortals to hide under the covers or scream in terror at their ultimate fears, witches thrive and it's their time to take flight. If you grew up imagining one day receiving your Hogwarts letter or wanted Salem Saberhagen to be your ride or die, then you'll obsess over these three shows:

1. American Horror Story: Apocalypse

Where: Netflix and FX

When: Wednesdays

Fans of American Horror Story have been waiting for a prequel to season three The Coven since its release in 2013 and now they've finally got it. A crossover between its most successful series, the Coven and Murder House, Apocalypse zones in on the last days on earth as the ultimate evil ( the Devils son) faces the power of the Supreme - the leader of the witches.

Devilishly good, it's a return to form for the horror anthology with an all-star cast. Watch Murder House and The Coven before you devour this one as both are available to stream on Netflix.

2. The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina

Where: Netflix

When: October 26

No reboot has ever had us this excited and with a trailer like this, we're imagining The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina will be a witch fest like no other. 3. A Discovery Of Witches

Where: Sky Atlantic

When: Fridays

A 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, Historian Diana finds herself immersed into a world of vampires, demons, and witches when she comes across an ancient scroll forcing her to acknowledge her magical heritage. More Twilight than Buffy The Vampire Slayer, A Discovery of Witches is worth the watch.

Let the witching season begin!
