These healthy baked sweet potato fries are a real treat for when you want some sort of comfort food without all the extra added fat.
These delicious little fries are fuss free as literally all you have to do is chop ’em up and whack them in the oven. They're super tasty and really cheap as well so there really is no excuse not to make them!
When you make them at home they always taste better than in a restaurant so why not save the dosh for something a little more necessary... like a burger for after the nightclub!
Mmmmmmm is there anything better than a burger when you're drunk?

Sweet Potato Fries – Serves 4
2 – 3 large sweet potatoes (washed, skins on and cut into wedges)
1 – 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
good pinch of salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Toss the sweet potato wedges in the oil and season with salt and pepper.
Arrange in a single layer on a baking tray and place on the top shelf of the oven to cook for 20 minutes or until nice and crispy on the outside.
Finito – Well done!
