The 5 Best Healthy Lunch Spots Around Ireland Have Been Revealed

It is all too easy to each day throw caution to the wind and have some grossly unhealthy lunch, justifying it to yourself that you will turn your back on the greasy beast tomorrow. Whether you're chowing down on a burrito, laying into a bag of chips or, my favourite, devouring an entire stick of butter whole like how a snake swallows its prey, then you could definitely do with introducing some foodstuffs to your diet that aren't the equivalent of carpet-bombing your insides.

Luckily, we here present to you a list of the 5 best places to grab a healthy lunch in Ireland, courtesy of Just Eat. Read them and weep, then dry those tears and yourself a lunch that isn't nibbling away at your lifespan. These lunches will contain things that are green, they will contain things that have perhaps not been deep-fried, I know for me at least it will take some adjusting. If you are looking to phase yourself into the healthy lifestyle though I'm sure you could just nab one of these puppies, take it home and then throw the whole kit and kaboodle into a deep-fat fryer for yourself.

The 5 have been announced as part of Just Eat's National Takeaway Awards, and you can have your say in which of these is the healthiest. Go to them all, sample their wares, see whether you feel invigorated and rejuvenated, and vote for the one that gives you the most pep in your step/ doesn't make you feel like an abominably bloated mess.
