A new pizza place called Proof Pizza has just opened in The Liberties in Dublin and has already caught the attention on social media mainly due to one stand out feature, a cocktail wall with a range of cocktails on tap.
Customers can choose from Aperol Spritz, Old Fashioned, Gin & Tonic, Negroni, Hugo, French 75 and everyone's favourite Espresso Martini on tap. Delicious pizzas and cocktails on tap, it's the dream!
Proof Pizza share a space with another new Dublin Eatery which is gaining a serious following on social media. Café Bombo is Dublin's first bombolini café. If you haven't heard of bombolinis, they are an Italian-style doughnut topped and filled with various different sauces and flavours. Check out their Instagram page, it's every foodie's dream.

Proof Pizza officially opened just last week. For the moment they are only accepting walk in's however a website and online booking system are in the works.
