X Factor returned to our screens earlier this month with an exceptionally underwhelming reception, but now it seems as though the drama has well and truly kicked in. It has been reported that judges favourite Anthony Russell has been removed for "erratic behaviour".
In his audition Russell opened up about recent struggles following the loss of his job in April and turned up to his audition with a black eye stating he had been attacked after a gig in Liverpool.
Despite this he still managed to wow the judges with his voice, charm and shiner.

This was not Russell's first stint on the X Factor. Die hard fans of the reality show may recognise him from his first audition 10 years ago, which also indicated some "erratic" behaviour...
