What can't Penneys do? That's the question we all ask ourselves when we see their latest products... and this one has to be one of the best: Penneys lip kit dupes. The retailer has started stocking two colours in their lip kit which contains a creamy lip pencil and a matte lip gloss.
CT staff first spotted these the other day but destroyed the packaging whilst enthusiastically unboxing the glorious lip kit in the colour 'Cookie Dough'. Luckily, these €4 beauties have been carefully photographed by Cosmetically Clueless:
