Culture night 2017 is tomorrow and there are over 3,000 free events on throughout the country. Here's a list of some of the more intriguing picks.
Co. Dublin - The Clockwork Door, Dublin City Centre
Irelands first 'Timehouse' is a non-alcoholic, pay-per-minute venue where guests have free and unlimited access to everything from video games, bubble wrap, tea, coffee biscuits & board games. It's open from 5 to 10 pm and is based in 51 Wellington Quay, 1st Floor.
Co. Dublin - Castle Dracula
This is a great opportunity for vampire enthusiasts to learn more about the story of Dracula as well as creator, Irish writer Bram Stoker. It's running on Culture Night from 6.45pm - 9pm.
Co. Wexford - Harvest Moon At The Hook Lighthouse

Watch The Harvest Moon At Hook Lighthouse in Wexford with music from Brendan Keane. You can also avail of a barbecue and the locally brewed Hook Pilsner. If they get good weather I can see this being a very relaxing way to spend culture night. It runs from 6 to 10 pm.
Co. Cork - Camará Studios Demos
Camará Studio’s will be offering demonstrations and encouraging class participation in a number of art forms which are taught on a weekly basis in their studio, including Capoeira, Afro-Brazilian drumming, African and Brazilian dances. They will be on from 5.30 to 7.30 in 13 Watercourse Road, Blackpool.
Co. Waterford - Body Painting Jam
There's a body painting demo from 7 to 11 pm at The Rogue Gallery Waterford as artists Jane O'Neill and Derek Harvey and their team turn human canvases into walking pieces of art.

Co. Kilkenny - Festival of Fashion & Light
This event is taking place in the National Design & Craft Gallery in Kilkenny City. Lantern making, learn new dying techniques and the opportunity to take part in a 'giant knitathon'. Sign me up. It's on from 5 pm - 9 pm in the Castle Yard.
Co. Kildare - C Circus K Open Day
The circus is hosting workshops on juggling, stilt walking, wire walking, plate spinning. They will be open from 6 to 8 pm in the Arts Centre, Wood Stock St., Athy.
Co. Galway - Róisín Dubh Comedy Club
If you're in the mood to get your funny bone tickled comedian of the year Steve Bennett, as well as a host of others, are performing from 9 to 11 pm in the Roisin Dubh, 9 Dominick Street Upper.
