Signs You're Substituting Your Pet with Your Significant Other

During college a lot of us live away from home and often there is one member of our family that we miss more than any other... our pet.  Fortunately there are ways of coping with the absence of your animals and one of them is by substituting your significant other for your pet while you're away from home.

1)  You feed them

Being in love is getting fat together.

2)  You take them for walks

"Going for a walk" is suddenly a legitimate excuse for a date.

3)  You pet them

Hair ruffling is basically the equivalent to ruffling your dog's furry coat.

4)  You cuddle them

So so so much love.

5)  You watch TV together

The only problem with your S.O. is that they might not always let you watch what you want.

6)  You train them

Take this in whatever way you want...

N.B. The replacement of animals with your S.O. is not a sign of good mental health.  Boyfriends are people too.
