‘StandUp4Love’ Live in Vicar Street is a DIT student run comedy, music and storytelling night aimed at raising much needed funding, but more importantly awareness, regarding a YES vote for the upcoming referendum on Marriage Equality in May. The organisers aim to mobilise the students of Ireland to vote through this event, as according to GLEN research, although this student age demographic is the most likely to vote yes, they are also the least likely to vote generally.
