Don't even try to deny that you never told any of these white lies. We all do it, mostly to save face and other times to not hurt each other's feelings (we really don't want to go see your band, or have lunch with you...sorry). And not matter how much we lie to each other, it will never match the amount of times we lie to ourselves. No matter our intentions...we're never actually going to go back to the gym.
