The MET Ball is this weekend and you know what that means; wacky outfits galore! If there's one thing we can's resist here at CollegeTimes, it's judging celebrities for their ridiculous attire. From the EMAs to the AMAs, we've rounded up the worst-dressed celebrities from the past year to prepare ourselves...and maybe for a bit of a giggle. The theme seemed to be "who can wear the least amount of clothing", which is not a trend we would suggest following. Here's why...
Elsa Pataky - Oscars 2014
While we're all for showcasing celebrity baby bumps, Elsa went a little overboard with her dress at the Oscars this year. Her killer smile tells a different story, but Miss Pataky couldn't possibly be comfortable in this jewelled number.
Bleona Qereti - AMAs 2014
The first of our AMA shockers from this year is Bleona Qereti. Not only did she forget her dress, but it seems she forgot her underwear and dignity too. No matter how good you think your body is, transparent clothing will never do you any favours, unless you're a stripper.

Ansel Elgort - AMAs 2014
Ansel has had women drooling over him all year, due to the success of The Fault In Our Stars. However, the fault at the AMAs this year was in Ansel's choice of children's waistcoat and trousers, which looked as if they were made from old curtains. We appreciate men's desire to be unique, but it's always good to start with clothes that actually fit.
Frankie Grande - AMAs 2014
Frankie Grande appears to have gotten a bit over-excited with the body paint at the 2014 AMAs. We're not sure which look he was trying to channel here, but Frankie has ended up looking more like a homosexual Ken-doll than anything else.

Sandra Lee - Met Ball 2014
One of the most iconic and fashion-forward events on the celebrity calendar is the Met Ball. Unfortunately, Sandra Lee missed the memo and decided to go with a theme of her own - Disney princess. Probably best to leave this style to the animators, rather than showcasing one you picked out from the Disney store.
Amber Rose - VMAs 2014
Where do we even begin with this outfit? Amber Rose is clearly not shy in front of a crowd, but can we even classify this as a real outfit? Amber, if we wanted to see you in chainmail, we would ask. Our New Year's resolution for Amber is to PUT IT AWAY.

Lena Dunham - Emmys 2014
Her face says it all. Lena looks like she stood in a bright red puddle for far too long. There is nothing right about this outfit and it seems Miss Dunham knows it too.
Rihanna - CDFA Awards 2014
Never one to shy away from public display, Rihanna normally gets it right. Sadly, however, this is just another case of forgotten underwear. Thank god for that slither of fur protecting her modesty.

Soho may be a trendy spot for many Londoners, but Pixie has lowered the tone in her crushed velvet babygro. Why she then decided to stitch a blue and yellow heart to her crotch remains a mystery to us all....

You've got to hand it to Miley for her courage, but this "sexy" polar bear costume was never going to turn out well. We can only hope Miley rediscovers pants at some point in the coming months.
