Excuses For Not Coming Home Last Night And Missing College The Next Morning...

So maybe you ended up at an awesome house party or you've finally got with that really hot girl/guy from your course, either way here at CollegeTimes.com we're here to help you keep the party going. Unfortunately most of you will have college the day after a something like this happens, but we have a few tricks up our sleeves to get around that. Through confidence and well thought out execution getting around this little predicament is easy, and something you should probably get used to doing...

1. *Insert best friends name* family member died.

"We were just watching Geordie Shore and then Sarah got the news. She was so upset, so I thought I'd stay over and comfort her. You should have seen her, it breaks my heart to see her so upset.".

2. "I missed the last bus".

Let's face it, you've done this on purpose. And why not? You're at an awesome party and who knows when someone is going to have a party this epic again? Maybe never? You must stay...

3. Pass The Blame

If your parents / roommates are fully aware of your drinking / sexual habits, and somewhat are ok with it, then claim to have stayed over at a mates because so and so was vomiting in the toilet all night. After all, you were just being a good friend.

4. "I didn't feel safe walking home"

This excuse is mostly for the girls, or guys who are just a bit too scared for their own good. Everyone worries about getting home okay so why not take advantage of this fact? It may seem terrible, but honestly you're having a class time and your FOMO is on its highest level.

5. My phone died.

Ah a classic. If anyone tries to give out the next day just say that you thought they'd be fine with it since you always text them. They'll cool down and love you again, no worries...

6. Best Friend's Boyfriend/Girlfriend "Broke Up" With Them

"IT WAS OUT OF THE BLUE!"/"THEY WERE IN BITS!". Or something along the lines of that...

6. Lie Lie Lie

Technically all of these excuses are lies, however if you want to stay over in a house with your friend or "friend" *winky face* of the opposite sex and you know you're going to receive some judging looks / conversations the next day, just lie. You're most likely not going to to turn up to college tomorrow either so just extend the lie...
