Full Terms & Conditions:
1. Promotion open to all ROI residents over 18 excluding employees and their immediate families of Xtreme.ie, Youth Nation (the “Promoter”), their affiliated companies, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the promotion.
2. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. The opening date for receipt of entries is Wed 13th May 2015 and the closing date for receipt of entries is Wed 20th May 2015.
4. The Prize is available to one person in the form of one Adrenaline Package and a GoPro Hero 4. The Adrenaline package includes one group of 10 people over 18 years and includes one day (duration 5-6 hours) at the Xtreme.ie facility in Courtlough, Ballbriggan, Co. Dublin. Xtreme.ie Activities must be booked a minimum of on a weekend day in advance and are subject always to availability and certain blackout dates. Prize must be booked and activity completed within 1 year of prize notification.
5. The prize winner will be chosen from all entries received, by an independent panel of judges, on the basis of the most creative ideas entered for the #NewAdventures competition.
6. The prize winner will be contacted as soon as possible but no later than 10 days after the closing date. All reasonable effort will be made to contact each winner, however, if any prizes are not claimed within 1 week of initial contact the prize will be deemed to be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected without notice.
7. The Promoter will only use entrant's details for the purposes of notifying entrants of any promotional activities in connection with this Promotion. Entrant's personal information will not be used for any other purpose whatsoever without prior permission. Any personal information held by the Promoter for the purposes of this Promotion will be held in accordance with the Promoters privacy statement.
8. Transport, accommodation and all other associated expenses are not included and are the winners own responsibility. The promoter will not be liable for any other costs than those stated above.
9. Winners may be required to take part in related publicity & winner’s names may be published on www.xtreme.ie, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Entrants videos can be republished as part of the promotion and announcements.
10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or consequential damage of any nature in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise caused by acceptance of the terms and conditions or in connection with any prize (except to the extent that death or any personal injury occurs as a result of the negligence of the Promoter).
11. The Promoter shall not be liable for any issues whatsoever with respect to any prize once dispatched to the winner and the Promoter accepts no responsibility in relation to the winners’ conduct once any prize is claimed by the winner.
12. The prizes are as stated, they are non-transferable, non refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
13. In the event that a prize cannot be sourced, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
14. Incomplete entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will be invalid.
15. If cheating, a virus, bug, catastrophic event, or any other unforeseen or unexpected event that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled, (also referred to as force majeure) affects the integrity of this Promotion, we reserve the right to cancel, change or suspend this Promotion. This right is reserved whether the event is due to human or technical error. If a solution cannot be found to restore the integrity of the Promotion, we reserve the right to select winners from among all eligible entries received before we had to cancel, change or suspend the Promotion.
16. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion refuse to accept, exclude or to disqualify any entry without notice. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions or disputes pertaining to this Promotion and these decisions will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
