This guacamole recipe is everything you've been looking for. Guac is notoriously known for being hard to perfect because it can either be too smooth or have too many chunks, as well as not having enough flavour.
We've created this unreal recipe for everyone's favourite dip that goes well with nachos, on chili or even spread on tortillas. Don't knock it until you've tried it y'all.
- 2 large avocados
- 1 lime
- 1 large white onion
- 1 large tomato
- 1 sprig of coriander
- a pinch of salt
Cut the two avocados in half and remove the stones. Scoop the flesh out and mash until the mixture is semi-lumpy. Cut the lime into quarters and squeeze the juice into the mix, stirring between each quarter. Stir in the onion at the same time and make sure it's cut into small, square bits.
From here. cut that tomato in half and scrape out the seeds. Cut the tomato into chunks and stir into the guac. Cut the coriander into tiny pieces and stir in. Throw in the salt, mix again and voila – the perfect guac.
