A man in his 60s was arrested in Rathmore Co Kerry yesterday after the tractor he was driving crashed into a Garda patrol car while authorities were trying to get him to pull over.
RTÉ report the man failed to stop for a Garda car on the road before a second patrol car was called in. A video of the incident shows the tractor crossing the road and hitting the second car before driving on.
He was later arrested on suspician of dangerous driving, criminal damage and endangerment.
