If you're an anxious person you know very well the stress of sitting through an interview, making a killer first impression and trying not to sweat through your white shirt. Rewind to the beginning when you apply for the job, which most would consider the easiest stages, and all you're doing is attaching your CV, what happens if it all goes downhill from there?
The fear of making that first mistake happened to a poor unfortunate soul and u/carthalawns_best shared their friends' job woes on Reddit. According to a screenshot of an email, the anonymous candidate made the unfortunate mistake of attaching a photo of their dog, yes their pooch, rather than their CV.
Well, if you want to know someone, meet their dog. Thankfully the employer seemed unfazed by the innocent mistake and asked for the candidates' actual CV.
As usual, Reddit users took umbrage with the poor soul's misfortune but one person just wasn't happy with how this message was conveyed:
Now, look, it could be worse. Imagine if it had of been a selfie of them swinging from a chandelier in Coppers or a NSFW 'sexy selfie' - nobody wants to have that conversation, ever.
