Bad news for take-aways.
Kevin Walsh is a qualified personal trainer who has recently come up with a recipe for a spice bag that is under 400 calories. This will be music to a lot of peoples ears.
The ingredients he uses are:
One red pepper
One red chilli
One green pepper
175 grams of chicken fillets
Chinese 5 Spice
200 grams of potatoes

The meal comes in at 396 calories, but you do have to ask yourself, 'Do I really want a healthy spicebag?' Not to provoke some sort of existential debate on the subject but aren't some things just meant to be bad for you?
